The challenge
Workafella approached Spazio Design Partners with the vision of setting up a full-stack co-working facility that could host multiple companies under one roof. The expectation was to create a workspace that included premium interiors, ergonomic furniture, advanced meeting rooms, collaborative zones, lounges, pantry, server room, and smart automation systems — all while staying within strict deadlines and quality benchmarks.
Our biggest challenge was designing a space that balanced high-density occupancy with comfort, acoustic privacy, and aesthetic appeal. With tight timelines and a demanding scope, the execution required robust planning, vendor coordination, and an experienced on-site team.
